Admission to Master’s Programmes – Academic Year 2025–2026
The British University announces admission to its Master’s programmes in Public Policy and in British Studies for the 2025–2026 academic year.
Applicants must submit the following documents in hard copy form no later than 25 September:
a) Application for enrolment – (Annex 1);
b) Copy of an identity document (Georgian citizen’s ID card or passport); for stateless persons – a copy of the residence permit;
c) Examination card of an applicant registered for the Unified Master’s Exam, or a certificate/official statement from the National Assessment and Examinations Center confirming passing of the Unified Master’s Exam;
d) Copy of a Bachelor’s diploma or an official statement from the relevant higher education institution confirming the awarding of the relevant academic degree;
e) International certificate confirming English language proficiency (at least B2 level), or a document confirming completion (full or partial) of a Bachelor’s or Master’s programme taught in English (if available);
f) Photograph (3×4 cm);
g) Document confirming military registration (for male applicants).
Note:
If the higher education diploma was obtained abroad, an additional document issued by the National Center for Educational Quality Enhancement confirming recognition of foreign education must be submitted.
If an applicant provides any one of the documents listed in subparagraph (e), they are exempt from the English language examination.
All documents must be submitted in hard copy, either as notarised copies or originals.
Applicants who cannot provide an international certificate of English proficiency (at least B2 level) or a document confirming completion (full or partial) of a Bachelor’s or Master’s programme taught in English will be tested to confirm their competence on 26 September. Test results will be announced on the same day – 26 September.
Applicants will also take an oral examination on 29 September. Results of the oral examination will be announced the same day – 29 September.
